Ricoh South Africa
The Induction pillar will be hosted at the Ricoh SA head office in Linbro Park, Johannesburg, and is the starting point for new employees. The Induction course will address many topics including, a profile on Ricoh, product overviews, processes and procedures, familiarisation with key tools, information portals and meeting the team. This is the foundation phase for all new staff.
The Sales Development pillar consists of Product and Skills development training. Product training has been divided into three modules, Office print, Office Services and Commercial and Industrial print (CIP). Exams on these modules are located under MyRicoh and must be completed by 31 March 2018 – (9 months). There are also skills development courses that need to be completed.
The Management Development module is for Sales Managers only and consists of Webex training sessions and a sales management course, which includes a Sales Management Diploma for those who meet the required standards.
